Thank you for your quick response. It was the
purple titanium stud earrings. The earrings and posts are ok.
However, the butterfly backs were flattened, so it's just the backs
that need to be replaced. Thank you for your dedication to customer
service. Many businesses, especially larger ones, don't seem to be
concerned about customer satisfaction anymore.

I love my earrings! It was wonderful to find your
website. I haven't been able to find titanium earrings this pretty
around Harrisburg, PA. The blue crystal ones are my favorites!

OMG, I never thought I would be able to wear earrings again! I
had wore earrings for 30 years before I had problems. Then I
found the Zen Lady, earrings with titanium posts and French
hooks. There is explicit instructions on how to care and heal
your ears. Not only does she have starter earrings for healings,
but very fashionable post and dangle earrings. I purchased the
titanium French hooks to replace some of my own dangle earring
hooks. And talk about customer service, she emails you to make
sure you are satisfied with the earrings and not having
problems. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, she will
either return for another style or give you credit. I know what
you are thinking, that I am either a friend or that she is
paying me. Wrong, this website is just that good. I am not one
to write reviews unless it is something really exceptional. This

I have ordered several times from
the Zen Lady and have always been very pleased with my purchase
and the delivery time. I have told several people about them. I
am sure I will be ordering again in the future.

Good product and instructions.
Received product quickly. I am happy with product; it seems to
be working (no inflammation or irritation). Product seemed
expensive in comparison to similar products on line. However, if
the price is high because it is a specialty product and
guaranteed to be pure titanium, then the price is fair. My main
complaint is that I thought the $6.00 shipping and handling
charge was very high for a product that weighed only a few
grams. There was no option for less expensive, slower shipping.
Note: I have made this
change and now offer a choice between Priority Mail and less
expensive and slower USPS First Class shipping
