At The Zen Lady, we strive to create works of art and original designs that will fulfill our customers' satisfaction. However, if an item does not fit, is damaged in shipping, or does not meet expectations, the item may be returned for a full refund of the price of the item including the shipping fees if it is returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Detailed written instructions for return procedures will be included with all purchases. The major drawback with an internet business is that the customer cannot try on, touch and view the items in person. For this reason, we believe that the only way to run a successful online business is to provide a hassle free return policy with a full refund (or exchange) with no restocking fees.
