Custom Handcrafted Crocheted Hats & Accessories Many of our hats are custom orders. If you see a style of hat below or on the other hat pages, but would prefer a different color or size, we would be honored to create a hat uniquely made for you. Below are some of our custom hats and other hats that have been purchased. The custom hat or scarf process is simple. E-mail us using the link below. For a hat, indicate the style of hat you would like and for a scarf indicate the style and length/width desired. We will e-mail you a link to see yarn and color choices. Once you let us know the yarn you want and the size, the hat or scarf will be made. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to make a hat or scarf depending if the yarn is available locally or if it has to be ordered. After the hat or scarf is finished, we e-mail you a special link showing the completed item with a buy button. Prices for custom hats and scarves depend upon the the cost of yarn and a quote will be given once the style, size and yarn have been chosen. There is no additional charge for custom hats compared to the spec hats for sale on the website. You are not obligated to buy the hat or scarf, if it does not meet your expectations after viewing the item on the special link. Simply let us know you do not wish to purchase the item then we will make it available to all customers. In addition, since one never knows about a hat until having a chance to try it on, we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee so if the hat doesn't fit right or simply isn't the right style for you, it can be returned for a full refund including the shipping and handling charge or exchanged for a comparable custom hat at no additional charge. Customers who have purchased in the past will receive discount on additional custom hat or scarf orders. We also specialize in very soft custom hats for cancer patients at a discount price.
